SHILOH

Common questions

The short answers. If yours is not here, write to us — the button is at the bottom.

Do I pay again next month?

No. Shiloh is a single payment — there is no subscription, no renewal, and no recurring charge. What you bought is yours to keep.

Can I ask for a refund?

Yes — within your first 30 days, no questions asked, and nobody here will try to talk you out of it. Write to us using the button below.

Where do I find everything?

On the home screen, tap Go Deeper. You will see all nine, each with a line saying what it is. The five buttons at the bottom are shortcuts to the ones used most.

Can I listen without an internet connection?

The app opens without a connection, but the sounds do not — they are streamed rather than stored on your phone, so you will need to be online to listen.

Will the sound keep playing if I lock my phone?

Yes. Start a session, lock the screen, and it continues. The controls appear on your lock screen, so you do not have to open the app again.

Can I fall asleep with it playing?

Yes. Sleep sessions are made for that. If you would rather it stopped, choose a time under Stop after — the sound fades out slowly rather than cutting off, so it will not wake you.

Does Shiloh ever raise my volume or set an alarm?

Never. Shiloh does not change your phone's volume, does not create alarms, and does not override Do Not Disturb. Nothing in this app will wake you.

I got a new phone and my days went back to the beginning.

Nothing was lost from your account. The days you have walked are remembered by the phone itself rather than by the account, so a new phone starts the count again. Every session is still there and still yours — write to us and we will make a note of where you had reached.

Which Bible translation do you use?

The King James Version, throughout.
