Shiloh: Sacred Sound ("we," "us," or "our") is a devotional application providing Christian audio content, Scripture and prayer, operated by Zampier Co. Ltda.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide you with the Shiloh experience:

• Account information: your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth)
• Purchase status: what you have bought and therefore have access to
• Usage data: pages visited within the app, for service improvement purposes
• Device information: browser type, operating system and device type for technical compatibility

We do not collect your payment information directly. Your payment is processed by Paddle, and we never see or store your card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To verify your purchase and grant access to content
• To send you service-related communications (account confirmations, billing notices)
• To improve the app experience based on aggregate usage patterns
• To respond to your support requests

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Shiloh uses the following trusted third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
• Paddle — payment processing (Merchant of Record)
• Bunny.net — content delivery network for audio files
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies and security practices. We select partners who meet high standards of data protection.

5. Cookies

Shiloh uses minimal cookies strictly necessary to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may prevent you from logging into the app.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt-out: unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time

California residents (CCPA): you have the right to know what personal data we collect, to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and to request deletion.

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, we remove your personal data from our systems, except where we are required to retain records for legal or accounting purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using current best practices.

9. Children's Privacy

Shiloh is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
