1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and buying Shiloh: Sacred Sound, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These Terms apply to all users of Shiloh, operated by Zampier Co. Ltda.

2. Description of Service

Shiloh: Sacred Sound is a devotional application (Progressive Web App) that provides:

• Guided sessions pairing Scripture with sustained sound
• A library of sounds organised by the moment you are in
• Spoken prayers and written prayers to pray along with
• Bedtime stories and a daily devotional moment
• A seven-day guided path

Shiloh is a digital content platform for spiritual reflection and personal faith. It is not a medical, therapeutic or diagnostic service.

3. Payment

Shiloh is a one-time purchase. By completing checkout you authorise a single charge for the amount shown at checkout. There is no subscription, no renewal, and no recurring charge.

Billing is processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record on behalf of Zampier Co. Ltda.

Your access begins immediately upon successful payment, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Some modules inside Shiloh are sold separately. Each is a separate one-time purchase, at the price shown before you buy, and buying one never changes what you already own.

4. Refund Policy

If Shiloh is not what you hoped for, write to us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.

The same 30 days apply to each module bought separately, counted from the day you bought it.

5. User Account

• You must be 18 years or older to buy
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Your account is personal and non-transferable
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these Terms

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Download, copy, or redistribute Shiloh content without authorisation
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the application

7. Intellectual Property

All content within Shiloh — including audio recordings, text, images and design — is the proprietary property of Zampier Co. Ltda, except for Scripture quotations taken from the King James Version, which is in the public domain.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Disclaimer: Shiloh is a devotional audio app for personal reflection, rest and prayer. It does not provide medical, psychological or professional advice of any kind, and is not a substitute for professional care. If you have a health concern, please consult a qualified professional.

Shiloh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or any specific spiritual, emotional or physical outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shiloh and Zampier Co. Ltda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect.
