If Shiloh is not what you hoped for within your first 30 days, we refund it in full — no questions asked, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.

Our Refund Policy

Shiloh is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to stop. If you want your money back within 30 days of buying, write to support@shilohpeace.com and we will refund it.

Modules bought separately inside the app follow the same rule: 30 days from the day you bought that module.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@shilohpeace.com with your purchase details. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Paddle, and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
